Greg, I would suggest not following everyone back on Twitter if you feel like they are not providing value on Twitter.  You can also add certain tweeps to lists and groups (if you are using a desktop app) so you can easily connect with the people you want to connect with!</description>

		<description>These are some great tips Mirna!  I wish more people would follow these kind of steps, especially on Twitter.  It makes it hard for those of us trying to make real connections when so many of the people are just vomiting links &amp; promotions to everyone they can.  I have to read through hundreds of uninteresting tweets just to find the good stuff from the people I want to build a relationship with.
